What time do we check-out?
・Check-out time is at 11:00 am.
・Please kindly be informed that some of the stay plans offer different check-out time.
Could I store my luggage somewhere after check-out?
Yes you can. There is a luggage room right beside the reception.
Your luggage can be stored and taken away any time at your convenience. If you have valuables, we will keep them separately at the reception, please do let the reception staff know.
Please kindly be informed that luggage will not be installed in the bus to the port automatically upon your departure. Please ensure to bring your luggage yourself to the bus.
Do you have amenities for babies and children?
Yes we do. Please refer to the information below and let the reception know at ext.8.
Please kindly be informed that we have limited number of amenities and it might not be available when its out of stock.

・Size S:120㎝（roughly for the age of 7-8）
・Size SS:100㎝（roughly for the age of 3-6）
・Yukata-style Pajamas:80cm（roughly for the age of 1-2）

・Bed Rails (for babies between 18 to 60 months)
*We will bring the bed rails to your room however, we will not be accountable to set it up. Please kindly understand to set it up yourself on the bed for the safety reason.
