This is a knife sharpening class run by a whetstone manufacturer, located a 5-minute walk from Shotenzaka Station. We will carefully explain everything from the types of whetstones to how to maintain your knives at home! This plan includes a whetstone set. Once you have learned how to sharpen, please enjoy sharpening at home! We will provide you with practice knives, whetstones, and aprons, so you can participate empty-handed.
